Well my Mom has been here visiting for the past week and today she fly's home. It has been a nice visit and I'm sad to see her leave.
School starts next week and I'm so not ready! I have one entering High School and one entering Junior High. I can't believe how fast time is going. I'm so worried about my daughter, a lot of girls her age are going through puberty and developing .....well...you know. Ashly hasn't gotten there and, while I'm not in a hurry, I also don't want her to be picked on at all. Oh the pressures! I hope noone else is stressing as much as I, but if you are let me know so I don't feel like I'm in this boat alone.
Enjoy!

Hi
I like your card. Is simple and very beautiful.
Kim, your kids will be FINE. Sometimes I think we're more nervous as parents than our children are about taking their next step. All parents go through it. We all got through it and they (and you!) will too. Trust me. You're gonna look back on this and wonder why worried so much. Oh yeah, cute card! (((hugs)))
Awesome card, Kim. And don't worry about Jr.High. You'll be surprised how Ashley fits right in with the rest of the kids and you'll wonder why you even worried. As soon as she starts school and all the extra clubs and sports that will be the least of your worries. Take care!!
What a stunning card Kim! I'll keep you all in my prayers.
Hugs,

I had the opposite problem with my
daughter when she took on the body changes and womanhood all at ten.
By the time she was thirteen, I was thinking I would have to beat off the male animal with a stick.
Including grown men! Now my 8 year
old grd-dtr shows the same tendencies as her mother. Ashley will get there, when her body is
ready.
Love the simplicity of this card Kim! Ashley will be fine! My neighbor's daughter was a bit late too and she never had problems getting picked on. She is still young!
